Statutes and Bylaws

As befitting of any serious association, the Natuurwetenschappelijke Studievereniging Amsterdam (NSA) has an executive board. This board is elected during one of two bianual general assemblies. A financial intermediate status is presented during the other general assembly. The board is to follow the rules set by the general assembly. The most important rules, also known as statutes, are set by a notary. From these statutes emerge the executable bylaws.
